Joseph’s Dreams
Now Jacob lived in the land where his father had resided, the land of Canaan. Gen 17:8Gen 23:4Gen 28:4Gen 36:7Heb 11:9-16
This is the account of Jacob. When Joseph was seventeen years old, he was tending the flock with his brothers, the sons of his father’s wives Bilhah and Zilpah, and he brought their father a bad report about them. Gen 35:25-261Co 11:181Sa 2:22-24Gen 35:221Co 1:111Co 5:1Gen 10:1Gen 30:4
Now Israel loved Joseph more than his other sons, because Joseph had been born to him in his old age; so he made him a robe of many colors. 1 Gen 37:32Jhn 3:352Sa 13:18Gen 37:23Jhn 13:22-23Ezk 16:16Gen 44:20-30Psa 45:13-14 When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father loved him more than any of them, they hated him and could not speak a kind word to him. Gen 27:411Jn 3:121Jn 4:201Jn 2:11Psa 69:41Sa 17:28Gen 37:5Gen 4:5
Then Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more. Gen 28:12Gen 42:9Dan 4:5Jhn 17:14Amo 3:7Gen 37:4Num 12:61Ki 3:5 He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: Gen 44:18Jdg 9:7 We were binding sheaves of grain in the field, and suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around and bowed down to mine.” Gen 42:6Gen 44:14Gen 43:26Gen 42:9Col 1:18Gen 44:19Php 2:10
“Do you intend to reign over us?” his brothers asked. “Will you actually rule us?” So they hated him even more because of his dream and his statements. 1Sa 10:27Act 7:35Gen 49:261Sa 17:28Act 4:27-28Exo 2:14Gen 37:4Heb 10:29
Then Joseph had another dream and told it to his brothers. “Look,” he said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.” Act 7:9-14Gen 46:29Dan 8:10Gen 37:7Gen 37:10Gen 41:25Gen 41:32Gen 43:28

Will your mother and brothers and I actually come and bow down to the ground before you?” Gen 27:29Gen 37:7Isa 60:14Php 2:10-11 And his brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept in mind what he had said. Joseph Sold into Egypt
(Acts 7:9–14)
Some time later, Joseph’s brothers had gone to pasture their father’s flocks near Shechem. Gen 33:18Gen 34:25-31Gen 37:1 Israel said to him, “Are not your brothers pasturing the flocks at Shechem?
