The Mountain of the House of the LORD

(Micah 4:1–5)

This is the message that was revealed to Isaiah son of Amoz concerning Judah and Jerusalem: Isa 1:1Isa 13:1Amo 1:1Hab 1:1Mic 1:1Mic 6:9

In the last days the mountain of the house of the LORD Mic 4:1-3Isa 56:7Zec 8:3Isa 27:13Rev 11:15Heb 1:22Pe 3:32Ti 3:1

will be established as the chief of the mountains;

it will be raised above the hills,

and all nations will stream to it.

And many peoples will come and say: Jer 50:4-5Luk 24:47Zec 8:20-23Isa 51:4-5Psa 110:2Psa 25:8-9Deu 6:1Jhn 7:17

“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,

to the house of the God of Jacob.

He will teach us His ways

so that we may walk in His paths.”

For the law will go forth from Zion,

and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Then He will judge between the nations Hos 2:18Mic 4:3Isa 11:6-9Zec 9:10Isa 60:17-18Psa 46:9Isa 32:18Isa 9:7

and arbitrate for many peoples.

They will beat their swords into plowshares

and their spears into pruning hooks.

Nation will no longer take up the sword against nation,

nor train anymore for war.

The Day of Reckoning

Come, O house of Jacob, Eph 5:81Jn 1:7Isa 60:19-20Luk 1:791Jn 1:5Jhn 12:35-36Rev 21:23-241Th 5:5-6

let us walk in the light of the LORD.

For You have abandoned Your people, Rom 11:202Ki 1:2Deu 18:10-141Ch 10:131Ki 11:1-22Ch 15:22Ch 24:202Ki 16:7-8

because they are filled

with influences from the east;

they are soothsayers like the Philistines;

they strike hands with the children of foreigners.

So mankind is brought low, Isa 5:15Isa 27:11Jer 18:23Jos 24:19Mrk 3:29Neh 4:5Rom 3:23Col 2:23

and man is humbled—
