Duties of Priests and Levites
So the LORD said to Aaron, “You and your sons and your father’s house must bear the iniquity involving the sanctuary. And you and your sons alone must bear the iniquity involving your priesthood. Exo 28:381Pe 2:24Act 20:26-27Ezk 3:18-19Heb 13:17Heb 4:15Isa 53:11Isa 53:6 But bring with you also your brothers from the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may join you and assist you and your sons before the Tent of the Testimony. Offerings for Priests and Levites
Then the LORD said to Aaron, “Behold, I have put you in charge of My offerings. As for all the sacred offerings of the Israelites, I have given them to you and your sons as a portion and a permanent statute. Lev 6:16Exo 29:29Exo 40:13Exo 40:15Lev 6:18Lev 7:61Jn 2:201Jn 2:27 A portion of the most holy offerings reserved from the fire will be yours. From all the offerings they render to Me as most holy offerings, whether grain offerings or sin offerings or guilt offerings, that part belongs to you and your sons. Lev 7:7Lev 14:13Lev 6:25-26Lev 4:22Lev 4:27Lev 5:1Lev 10:12-13Lev 10:17 You are to eat it as a most holy offering, 1 and every male may eat it. You shall regard it as holy. Lev 6:29Lev 7:6Lev 6:16Exo 29:31-32Lev 10:13Lev 10:17Lev 14:13Lev 21:22
And this is yours as well: the offering of their gifts, along with all the wave offerings of the Israelites. I have given this to you and your sons and daughters as a permanent statute. Every ceremonially clean person in your household may eat it. Deu 18:3Exo 29:27-28Lev 10:14Lev 22:1-16Lev 7:14Lev 7:30-34Num 18:8 I give you all the freshest olive oil and all the finest new wine and grain that the Israelites give to the LORD as their firstfruits. Every devoted thing in Israel belongs to you. Lev 27:28Ezk 44:29 The firstborn of every womb, whether man or beast, that is offered to the LORD belongs to you. But you must surely redeem every firstborn son and every firstborn male of unclean animals. But you must not redeem the firstborn of an ox, a sheep, or a goat; they are holy. Deu 15:19-22Lev 3:2-5Exo 29:16 And their meat belongs to you, just as the breast and right thigh of the wave offering belong to you. Exo 29:26-28Lev 7:31-34
All the holy offerings that the Israelites present to the LORD I give to you and to your sons and daughters as a permanent statute. It is a permanent covenant of salt 4before the LORD for you and your offspring.” 2Ch 13:5Lev 2:13Num 18:112Ch 31:4Deu 12:6Lev 7:14Num 15:19-21Num 18:8

The Levites are to perform the work of the Tent of Meeting, and they must bear their iniquity. This is a permanent statute for the generations to come. The Levites will not receive an inheritance among the Israelites.
