They are corrupt.

They have done abominable deeds.

There is no one who does good.

to see if there were any who understood,

who sought after God.

They have together become corrupt.

There is no one who does good, no, not one.

Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Psa 79:6Jer 10:25Psa 82:5Isa 64:7Rom 1:28Amo 8:4Eph 4:17-18Psa 27:2

who eat up my people as they eat bread,

and don’t call on the LORD?

for God is in the generation of the righteous.

You frustrate the plan of the poor, Psa 9:9Psa 4:2Psa 42:10Dan 3:15Ezk 35:10Isa 37:10-11Mat 27:40-43Neh 4:2-4

because the LORD is his refuge.

Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! Psa 53:6Psa 85:1

When the LORD restores the fortunes of his people,

then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
