Restoration for Israel

For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again He will choose Israel and settle them in their own land. The foreigner will join them and unite with the house of Jacob. Psa 102:13Zec 1:17Eph 2:12-19Isa 54:7-8Zec 8:22-23Mal 1:11Act 15:14-17Jer 12:15-16 The nations will escort Israel and bring it to its homeland. Isa 61:5Isa 60:14Jer 30:16Dan 7:25-27Isa 60:9-12Dan 7:18Isa 49:23Rev 18:20-24

Then the house of Israel will possess the nations as menservants and maidservants in the LORD’s land. They will make captives of their captors and rule over their oppressors.

The Fall of the King of Babylon

God’s Purpose against Assyria

The LORD of Hosts has sworn: Pro 19:21Isa 46:10-11Job 23:13Jer 29:11Act 4:28Eph 1:9Mat 11:25Amo 8:7

“Surely, as I have planned, so will it be;

as I have purposed, so will it stand.

I will break Assyria in My land; Isa 9:4Isa 37:36-38Nam 1:13Isa 10:12Isa 10:16-19Isa 10:32-34Isa 14:5Isa 30:30-33

I will trample him on My mountain.

His yoke will be taken off My people,

and his burden removed from their shoulders.”

This is the plan devised for the whole earth, Isa 23:9Exo 15:12Isa 5:25Zep 3:6-8

and this is the hand stretched out over all the nations.

The LORD of Hosts has purposed, Isa 43:13Job 23:132Ch 20:6Pro 21:30Job 9:12Pro 19:21Rom 8:28Psa 33:11

and who can thwart Him?

Philistia Will Be Destroyed

In the year that King Ahaz died, this burden was received: 2Ki 16:202Ch 28:27Isa 13:1Isa 6:1

For a viper will spring from the root of the snake,

and a flying serpent from its egg.

Then the firstborn of the poor will find pasture, Isa 7:21-22Zep 2:4-7Amo 1:6-8Ezk 25:15-17Isa 3:15Isa 30:23-24Isa 33:16Isa 37:30

and the needy will lie down in safety,

but I will kill your root by famine,

and your remnant will be slain.

For a cloud of smoke comes from the north,

and there are no stragglers in its ranks.

What answer will be given Psa 102:16Psa 87:5Jas 2:5Psa 87:1Zep 3:12Isa 25:4Isa 28:16Isa 39:1
